Guarantees and refund policy
We aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your lessons, and aim to provide you with the best possible service. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any failure in your equipment, and that should you fail to reschedule your lesson without extenuating circumstances (a medical certificate is generally required or statutory declaration) we cannot provide you with a refund on your lesson.
We require 7 days notice for lesson reschedule, and as we are a fee for service provider, we cannot refund lessons once purchased and booked for change of mind, not having the time or returning to work as these lessons are limited in their availability.
You are also protected under international and consumer trade practices laws, should you wish to discuss your lessons and your specific requirements, or if you have complaints we invited you to contact us to discuss these. Please be aware that we prefer to enter into negotiation through an independent mediation service prior to engaging in litigation over any products or services we provide.
We cannot guarantee you results with the music that you learn, or that you will be able to perform in public, or that you will be able to receive venue bookings; the investment that you put into your own practice, and also marketing of your own creations is your responsibility.
